Monday morning I'm actually done it, got up early and take a taxi to the station. There, I have 2 Austrians, middle-aged acquaintance, and we have gewartetet together on the train. After some back and forth, we are finally at 8 clock in the relevant train (2 extremely old cars) and were entered for the next few hours alone. No other passenger! And so it went so slow in the desert. With 35kmh and as if on a road with countless potholes. After a long stop, irgedendwas has probably not quite soo, does it arrive in Deraa. Change in Jordanian train, which was older and had only one long side Holsbank. Again eternal waiting for another train. But people are so incredibly friendly and helpful and an older woman is the first time, went home and made tea for all.
When it finally started, our compartment was the only Loaded with eggs, vegetables, bread, etc. I soo was half asleep, despite the cold, when suddenly a window is broken. I just see during the pre-driving: Rock-throwing children. It all depends ever before ...
really up to the last stop in Mafraq, threw great. Was so funny and we arrived there was a 80! Syrians year old first time in the city to change money and then taken care of my Jordanian visa. But then, all got out and continued driving, the last 2 hours, have moved to Amman something. It was extremely cold, dark, loud. I was really happy when we finally arrived at 7:30 (!!!) in Amman. Normally, a trip by bus takes maybe 4-5 hours ... I just have
gefruetueckt the hotel, and will I now make time on the way: look at downtown.
you soon! Your Simon.
